The Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies program provides students the opportunity to develop leadership skills that are not often taught to women in a traditional classroom or in the workplace. These are the skills that you need to be prepared to succeed in the new economy.
The Leadership and Organizational Studies program combines a strong foundation in management with the study of how organizations operate and how leadership functions. It emphasizes the critical need to understand people and work collaboratively, learn practical application of leadership theories and concepts, and gain greater understanding of our increasing interdependence. Students entering this program must have 60 credits or an associate’s degree.
